Where are Rosewill products shipped from?
In the United States, Rosewill products are shipped from warehouses in California, Tennessee, and New Jersey.
 

What kind of warranty is available on my product?
All Rosewill products are shipped with a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor. Please complete the form on the Warranty page to register your product(s) with us and secure the proper service should a malfunction occur.
 

How do I return a Rosewill product?
Please click on the RMA Request page under Support in the navigation menu and complete the form. Our Customer Service Department will contact you with a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) number. Follow the instructions from the representative to return your product.
