How to Place an Order
The product description page provides pictures, product reviews, available mail-in rebates, available extended warranties and more. Under the Specifications tab, you are able to view product specification details, the Rosewill return policy, manufacturer warranty when applicable and a direct link to the manufacturer’s website. To select the item, simply click on the Add To Cart button. Complete the required fields.
If you have not yet created an account with Rosewill, you will be asked to do so. In the future, you may sign in to your account and begin shopping right away. Rosewill Inc. will safely save your data for future purchases.
Before clicking the Submit Order button, please review your order and make sure the address and all other information is correct. Last, but certainly not least, click the Submit Order button. Your order will process in the Rosewill system and provide you with an order number.
Order verification (also known as address verification) is one of the ways that we prevent online fraud and protect you from anyone using your credit card against your knowledge. Our verification team will contact your card-issuing bank to verify that the billing name, billing address and phone number on your order are the same as what your bank has on file for you.
If we need further information or if anything does not match, we will contact you by email or phone. If your order cannot be verified within 5 business days, it will automatically be canceled. All orders are subject to verification.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please call our customer service phone number with your order confirmation number ready. We'll try our best to catch the order before it ships. Just remember: if an order is canceled, it can't be un-canceled. Items and pricing will not be reserved for you if you change your mind.
Calculating the Shipping Cost
To calculate the shipping cost for your order, please do the following:
- Sign in or create a Rosewill account
- Add your desired items to your shopping cart
- Update the postal code of the shipping destination
The available shipping methods and fees will be updated.
We do ship to PO Boxes. When checking out, please write the post office address in line 1 of your address and the PO Box in line 2.
Report a Shipping Problem
Please contact us within the date ranges below if your order:
- was not delivered on time
- shows "delivered" when you track it, but you have not received it
- was damaged in shipping
Refusing Delivery (Return to Sender)
If you intend to refuse delivery, please contact us beforehand so that we can make sure you are refunded in a timely manner.
- Refused shipments are treated as a regular return (2-5 business days to process upon arrival).
- Not all shipments can be refused. Please check with us for options before refusing delivery
Return (Exchange or Refund) Policy
These are Rosewill’s (“Rosewill,” “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies, applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Rosewill.com website.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Rosewill Customer Service through any of the methods provided at Rosewill.com.
- Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Rosewill.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Bulk Item Refund Only Return Policy
This is our Detailed Bulk Item Return Policy. Bulk Items (including but not limited to such items as Air Conditioners, Televisions larger than 37 inches, Home Entertainment Systems and Refrigerators) cannot be returned to Rosewill.com for refund or replacement service. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. The item will be returned to Rosewill.com and you will be refunded the full amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:
- Any LCD screen that has fewer than 8 dead pixels
- Any item that is damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse
- Any item that is not in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals
Note: Extended warranties are available during the checkout process to further safeguard against possible defects. Defective products may be returned if still under warranty.
Standard Return Policy

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Rosewill states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to Rosewill within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Rosewill, and not the mere issuance of an RMA number.
Limited Replacement-Only Return Policy
- Return for refund within: non-refundable
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
Products that state "This item is covered by Rosewill's Replacement Only Return Policy", or items labeled as “Non-refundable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to Rosewill within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item, if the original is no longer available. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Rosewill, and not the mere issuance of an RMA number.
Furniture Refund-Only Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days (only if unopened)
- Return for replacement within: non-replaceable
This is our Furniture Refund-Only Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Rosewill states "This item may be returned for a refund within 30 days only") must be returned to Rosewill within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Rosewill, and not the mere issuance of an RMA number.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you at your cost:
- Any furniture item that has been assembled (if product arrives unassembled)
- Furniture displaying clear signs of use
Rosewill Customer Service is available to assist you with all return requests. However, for certain products, you may be advised to return the product directly to the Supplier and not to Rosewill. In such cases, Rosewill Customer Service will work with you to accomplish the return.”
Any furniture that is returned non-defective or with visible signs of use to Rosewill, will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee as outlined in the General Return Policy. In the event that you do receive a product that is defective, you will still be responsible for any return shipping costs.
You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Ensure that the dimensions, aesthetics and utility of the product is what you need before placing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
Computer Cables and Accessories Extended Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 45 days
- Return for replacement within: One Year
- Restocking Fee: No
This is our Extended Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Rosewill states "This item may be returned for refund within 45 days only") must be returned to Rosewill within 45 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item after 45 days of the invoice date for one year. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Rosewill, and not the mere issuance of an RMA number.
Headphones Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Restocking fee: none
Products that state "This item is covered by Rosewill.com's Headphones Return Policy" (or similar labeling) must be returned (with all accessories and packaging) to Rosewill within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product (and all accessories and original retail packaging) by Rosewill, and not the mere issuance of an RMA number.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to Rosewill being returned to you:
- Any headphone that has been found to be damaged due to physical abuse or misuse
- Missing original retail packaging or accessories
In the event there is any conflict between this Headphones Return Policy and any other Rosewill return policy, this Headphones Return Policy will control but only to the extent of such conflict and only as applied to headphones.
If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), contact us immediately or fill out the online Return request form on our Contact Us page. Most products (excluding software and consumables) can be returned if DOA within 30 days of invoice. DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted. Full refunds are only given to non-functional products. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
Rosewill is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and offer superlative service with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, do not share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.
We allow third-party companies to collect non-personally identifiable information when customers visit our site. These companies typically use a cookie or web beacon to collect this information in order to provide advertisements likely to be of interest to you. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals or mechanisms.
California Proposition 65
California’s Proposition 65 protects California consumers by requiring special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm where those products would expose consumers to such chemicals above certain threshold levels.

California Transparency in Supply Chain Act
On January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) went into effect in the State of California. This law was designed to increase the amount of information made available by manufacturers and retailers regarding their efforts (if any) to address the issue of slavery and human trafficking, thereby allowing consumers to make better, more informed choices regarding the products they buy and the companies they choose to support.
Verification of Supply Chains
Rosewill, Inc. ("Rosewill") is dedicated to conducting business in a lawful and ethical manner. It is our expectation that our suppliers do the same.
Auditing of Supply Chains
Rosewill's Vendor Code of Conduct explicitly entitles Rosewill to conduct unannounced [and independent] audits or investigations at any time in response to a possible violation by our direct suppliers of company standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains. Because Rosewill strives to partner with direct suppliers who are governed by strict employment laws, at this time, we have not determined a need for additional verification or independent audit.
Certification of Direct Suppliers
By signing or accepting our purchasing contract or purchase order, each of Rosewill's direct suppliers certifies it conducts business pursuant to all applicable local and national laws and its failure to do so is considered a breach of the agreement.
Accountability Standards and Procedures
Every employee and contractor is required to abide by Rosewill’s Code of Business Conduct. All new employees receive the Code of Business Conduct in their new hire information and sign an acknowledgement stating they have read it. Failure of employees to abide by Rosewill’s Code of Business Conduct is taken seriously, and can result in corrective action up to and including termination of employment.
Rosewill provides training for associates and management who work with our supply chains on the issues of slavery and human trafficking.
Rosewill products ship with a 1-year warranty for parts, unless otherwise noted in the product literature.
- Warranty only applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship, which occur during normal use.
- Warranty does not apply to those products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or modification by any party other than Rosewill.
