I bought this 19 inch flat screen monitor from newegg.com. When you turn it on you can see the booting on the screen and it shows the e-machines logo. Then it goes black and a blue label comes up and says "Signal out of range". I wonder if you can help me fix it on this end

Make sure that to set the monitor settings to 60Hertz and display resolution to 1280X1024
